A: Your custom order will take between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the plan, complexity, and material availability. Need it sooner? Add our "Express" option!

A: At COCO TUTU, we understand that your dance costumes are an investment in your art. When you trade-in your custom costume, we take several factors into consideration including the condition of the costume, how long ago it was made, the rental demand for the variation and size, and any original discounts that may have been applied. Once these factors are evaluated, we offer you credit that can be used towards your next custom costume with us. Please note, this credit is specifically for your future custom costumes and not an equivalent resell value. We are enthusiastic about bringing high-quality, custom ballet costumes to life for your next dance performance!
